毛氈平移式輸送生產線
主要特點：
1、此設備改良毛毯皮帶式輸送生產線，專門為較大擠壓機生產線設計。
2、采用液壓平衡，上升→移料→下降→復位。
3、改良皮帶式耐溫毛毯，減少鋁型材傳送中磨擦。
4、鋁材移位輸送，保持鋁型材間之適當距離。
5、使用液壓推動齒條鋁橫梁平移運動，平穩(wěn)，寧靜。
Felt Traversing Survey Production Line
1. This equipment is applicable to improved felt belt conveyor production line, which is specially designed for larger production line of extrusion press.
2. It adopts hydraulic balancing to perform such operations as ascend→ shift of material → descend → resetting.
3. Improved refractory belt blanket is adopted to minimize the abrasion of aluminum sections during the process of convey.
4. In case of shifting convey of aluminum, aluminum sections should be spaced properly.
5. The gear rack driven by the hydraulic pressure is adopted to ensure the stable, tranquil and traversing movement of aluminum cross beam.
