       2000年，為適應(yīng)的發(fā)展及行業(yè)的升級(jí)，公司進(jìn)行體制改革，在以前企業(yè)及產(chǎn)品輝煌成就的基礎(chǔ)上，加大力度對(duì)公司進(jìn)行全面整合，不但增加了擠壓生產(chǎn)線、氧化電泳線、彩色噴涂線、木紋加工線以及隔熱斷橋生產(chǎn)線，而且在公司企業(yè)內(nèi)部也同時(shí)加大了人才的引進(jìn)，管理體系的現(xiàn)代化、銷(xiāo)售網(wǎng)絡(luò)的優(yōu)化組合。產(chǎn)品達(dá)150多個(gè)系列，8000多種規(guī)格。

2004年3月9日，經(jīng)過(guò)公司董事局精心策劃，從企業(yè)發(fā)展的長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)戰(zhàn)略考慮，企業(yè)再增投資16000余萬(wàn)元，在佛山市高明滄江工業(yè)園人和轄區(qū)征地300畝，建立更為大型，更為現(xiàn)代化的大型鋁型材工業(yè)加工平臺(tái)，階段工作現(xiàn)已完成正式投入生產(chǎn)，且完全具備熔鑄、擠壓、機(jī)械磨砂、陽(yáng)極氧化、電泳涂漆、粉沫噴涂、氟碳漆噴涂、熱轉(zhuǎn)印木紋（石紋）、斷橋隔熱生產(chǎn)線、拋光線及模具、試驗(yàn)、檢測(cè)、機(jī)械加工、門(mén)窗幕墻設(shè)計(jì)、制作、安裝、并且通過(guò)加強(qiáng)工藝方面的研究，達(dá)到生產(chǎn)各種鋁合號(hào)合金的工藝水平，年生產(chǎn)能十萬(wàn)噸以上，鋁棒十二萬(wàn)噸以上。
